Just slide the bead to easily adjust the length so that your face mask will fit anyone. The elastic is 90% nylon, 10% spandex, very soft and extremely comfortable on the ears. The bead is 100% pvc. 10 per package.
The loop is approximately 4" folded in half and will stretches up to 6". Machine wash and dry. Do not iron.
