The Netherlands has national costumes all over the country, and at the summer festival in Sparkenburg, you can see a parade of people wearing national costumes from all over the Netherlands. The small fishing port of Volendam is a town known for its national costume of black skirts, striped aprons and lace pointy hats.  Tulip Co. designed a woman wearing such a traditional costume riding a bicycle that is said to be more numerous than the population in the Netherlands and riding refreshingly along a road where tulips bloom.

The kit comes complete with thread and a needle so you can get started right away!   Made in Japan with English instructions.  100% cotton.
