Please note our international shipping charges that appear in your order are an estimate. We can't really know what it will cost to ship your order until we package and weigh the order. If at all possible, we will issue a refund for any excess shipping that was paid. If the shipping is more than the amount charged, you will receive an e-mail and invoice for the difference.
International Custom Fees, Import Taxes, Duties and Other Fees. PLEASE NOTE - Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties collected by your country. If you have a concern about whether or not these will be collected and what the charge would be, please contact your local post office or taxing authority.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, VAT, or other fees imposed by your government. Shibori Dragon does not charge these fees, and we have no advance knowledge of or control over the amount of the fees. All such fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you during your purchase, either online or via telephone. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees that may apply. If you refuse delivery on a package, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any outstanding duties, fees, tariffs or taxes.
IF YOUR ORDER IS RETURNED TO US BECAUSE TAXES, DUTY, VAT OR OTHER CHARGES HAVE NOT BEEN PAID, A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED BEFORE ANY MONIES ARE REFUNDED TO YOU FOR THE ORDER.
This is an estimate of how long it will take for you to receive an order from the time that your order ships. We try to ship all orders within 1 - 3 business day from the time an order is received. If there is any further delay in shipment, other than an item noted as out of stock, we will contact you of the possible delay. APO's - Approximately 7 - 14 business days from the date that your order ships.
AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND - Approximately 7 - 14 business days from the date that your order ships.
CANADA - Approximately 7 - 10 business days from the date that your order ships.
