Here are answers to a few Frequently Asked Questions and some steps 
to help you with the shopping cart process.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

We package and ship your order as quickly as possible, normally within one to three business days.  Shipping may be delayed if your order is placed over a holiday or weekend.  Please note - the shop is closed on Sunday.  If you send us an e-mail or phone call on Sunday regarding your order, we may not be able to respond until Monday.


DO YOU NEED A RUSH ORDER?

If you need your order shipped ASAP, i.e., in time for a gift, class or other special occasion, please add that information in the comment section, give us a call or send us a separate e-mail.  This will enable us to give your order priority attention.  

We can ship USPS expedited overnight or next day services by special request if you notify us by 11:00 a.m. PST.   USPS normally charges around $55.00 plus to ship overnight.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  We do not use UPS or Fed Ex for shipping.   

GIFTS:

If you are having your order shipped to someone other than yourself, please let us know in the comment section of the shopping cart if you would like to have a gift card enclosed and we'll be happy to do so.  If the "ship to" name is different from your own, we do not include the invoice in the package.

Our shipping charges for orders within the Continental US are based on the following:

$ 30.01 - $ 40.00 - $ 9.95

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

 Please contact us for authorization prior to returning any item.  We believe we carry only the highest quality fabrics and related materials.  A refund, store credit or replacement will only be issued in the event there is a manufacturer's error that we did not notice at the time of shipping. 

If we have inadvertently sent you the wrong item, we will refund or replace the item.  Please contact us prior to returning any item.

If we do authorize a return, we will refund only the basic item purchased. Shipping charges on the original order or return shipping charges are not credited on returned items. If the item is not received in like new condition (no perfume, cigarette odor, pet hair, etc.) , a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Return authorization requests must be received within 14 days prior to returning any item.  If an item is returned to us without authorization or not in like new condition, the item will be returned  to you and no refund will be issued.
