Put together, Hishi Arare means “diamond hail” — a field of tiny repeating diamond shapes arranged like falling hail.

It’s part of the broader Hishi‑moyo family (diamond‑based patterns), but “Arare” specifically refers to small, tightly packed diamonds that create a crisp, rhythmic texture.
