The pencils allow for the marking of fine, precise lines for quilting and other sewing projects. 3 pencils (pink, blue, white) per package.  What makes this water soluble pencil useful is that it is easily wiped off with water.  

Before using, test on a piece of fabric to see if marks can be removed.

Remove pencil marks before ironing, otherwise they will stain the fabric. Markings easily wipe off with water.
