Please contact us for authorization prior to returning any item. We believe we carry only the highest quality fabrics and related materials. A refund, store credit or replacement will only be issued in the event there is a manufacturer's error that we did not notice at the time of shipping.
If we have inadvertently sent you the wrong item, we will refund or replace the item. Please contact us prior to returning any item.
We will refund only the basic item purchased. Shipping charges on the original order or return shipping charges are not credited on returned items. If the item is not received in like new condition (no perfume, cigarette odor, pet hair, etc.) , a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Return authorization requests must be received within 14 days prior to returning any item. If an item is returned to us without authorization or not in like new condition, the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
