This complex-looking quilt is surprisingly easy to make.  You sew “basic blocks” consisting of one center fabric and strips of another fabric to surround the center, then “whack” the blocks off-center and reconfigure the units. Follow the “luminosity” recipe, explained in the directions, to create a quilt that glows.
