Featuring six oriental calligraphy symbols done in reverse applique, Aspirations II quilt pattern allows you to create a 15" x 43" wall hanging.   The symbols could also be cut out and fused on to the blocks if you don't want to try the reverse applique technique.

 

Shown from the top they represent Prosperity, Luck/Happiness, Longevity, Courage and Joy (not shown) - qualities we all aspire to have in our homes.
